Kelly Smith, Natasha Dowie, Izzy Christiansen, and Nikita Parris embark on a journey from celebrated international careers to pioneering female coaches, in the FA's first female-led International Player to Coach Programme.

Seven female coaches from across the game are involved in the 2023-24 England Elite Coach Programme.

The ceremonies, held at the National Football Museum and Wembley Stadium, marked the end of the formal learning journey for both courses.

The mentees visited the Bayern Munich Academy to observe training sessions and matches as well as attending workshops.

The graduation evening, hosted at St. George's Park, officially marked the conclusion of this year's programme.

The conference served as a celebration of Chippy's life and coaching legacy.
